Below are answers to the questions we hear most from players about how we handle their data, what happens if there's a problem, and how to exercise your rights.

We collect your legal name, date of birth, email, phone number and payment method details (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account identifier). We verify these via email confirmation and phone SMS code before your first deposit. This information is never shared with third parties and stays encrypted on our servers.

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS deposits are final once confirmed. If you deposited to the wrong account, contact our support team immediately via live chat with your transaction ID. We cannot reverse the deposit, but we can manually credit your intended account if we verify it was a mistake.

After you request a withdrawal, we verify your account identity (usually 5–10 minutes). Once verified, the funds leave our wallet and reach your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account within 15–60 minutes.
